The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a great area, adjacent to a hill at the boundary of Oak Hill and Bell Rock and other amazing trails and the Arizona desert. All the employees were informative and nice. I was offered a room with lovely views of the mountain. It was fashionable and bathroom included a tub. The location was marvellous, plus the breakfast was enjoyable! Had lunch/dinner at Famous Pizza, which I found relatively near the venue.

A little small room, I was a little disappointed.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a writing desk.

The location of this bed and breakfast in Sedona is fantastic, nestled near shopping, hiking, and Bell Rock along with other stunning trails. The breakfast is more than delightful and absolutely superb. The service is exceptional and the food is excellent.

Every time in Sedona, I choose this place. Hotel is beautiful. It has phenomenal location in Sedona next to central Sedona, and the most beautiful mountains in the area. The place to have lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the property is Canyon Tree Patio. The breakfast is gorgeous and excellent with gorgeous views, good coffee and sausage, has everything you need.

The breakfast options were wonderful and superb, and the rooms were bright, immaculate, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was amazing, and having onsite parking and free Wi-Fi was a plus. The location was marvellous, being close to shopping, Slim Shady Trail, Bell Rock, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and other sightseeing spots.

The rooms at this B&B were beautifully furnished and had private baths, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The gourmet breakfasts were delicious and showcased a southwestern theme. The location of the B&B was ideal, being close to everything in the area, especially the stunning red rocks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I booked my stay in June, but unfortunately, there was some issue with the reservation process. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did detract from an otherwise magnificent short trip.

This B&B is conveniently located away from the main congested area, giving easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The hosts were friendly and willing to share a wealth of information with us newbies to the area. The room was clean and comfortable with a picturesque view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive and kind. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor patio and front porch with comfortable furniture and foliage.

The air conditioner in our room wasn't functioning properly, but the staff provided a fan to keep the room at a reasonable temperature.
